Evidence on file

Each line is a datapoint with its grade. Grades are the ones the anchors act on: a sub-criterion scored 5 requires at least one E1 or E2 source, and evidence that is entirely E3 caps the sub-criterion at 3.

11 claims on this sheet, by grade: E1 1 E2 6 E3 8 E5 3 Counts sum above 11 because 6 claims cite more than one grade.

Where this provider stands out

Computed from this provider’s anchor scores against the 8-provider field it is scored in, from the 11 public claims above: the sub-criteria where it sits furthest above the field median, and furthest below. Selection is by distance from the field, not by raw score — a 5 where most of the field scores 5 says nothing. These are scores for what a provider publishes, so a low score can mean a weak record or a quiet one, and this block cannot tell them apart.

Furthest above the field

  • commercial transparency B5.3 4/5 — 3 above the field median of 1; highest in the field
  • entry model & minimums B5.1 4/5 — 1.5 above the field median of 2.5; highest in the field
  • AI-human operations B6.2 4/5 — 0.5 above the field median of 3.5; joint highest, with 3 of 7 others

Furthest below the field

  • workforce management B3.3 3/5 — 1 below the field median of 4; joint lowest, with 2 of 7 others
  • native-language delivery B2.1 3/5 — 0.5 below the field median of 3.5; joint lowest, with 3 of 7 others
  • claim verifiability A5.1 3/5 — 0.5 below the field median of 3.5; joint lowest, with 3 of 7 others

Criterion scores

Sub-criterion anchor scores in criterion order, with the weighted criterion total computed from them. Multiply each anchor by its sub-criterion weight over five and sum: that is the whole arithmetic, and it is why this total can be checked without taking anyone's word.

Code Criterion Sub-criterion anchors Weighted Max Note
A1 Independent client evidence 3 / 3 / 2 7.6 14 A1 rests on the Clutch record: the profile exists with fewer than three reviews, and there is no analyst evaluation, so the enterprise-equivalence rule does not apply.
A2 Market presence & tenure 5 / 5 / 5 8 8
A3 Certifications & compliance 3 / 3 / 3 7.2 12 Pending the certificates-page crawl for identifiers.
A4 Delivery stability 1 / 5 3.6 6 Glassdoor 'Conectys' (E595686): 3.3 across 425 reviews, 59% recommend, 65% CEO approval, read 28 Aug 2026 — the 3.0-3.4 band. Location-filtered views of the same profile read lower (Lisbon 2.7 across 97, Portugal 2.7 across 100); the company-wide figure governs, since a city filter is a subset of the workforce being scored.
A5 Transparency & verifiability 3 / 4 3.4 5
B1 Service scope & channels 4 / 3 / 4 5.8 8
B2 Language & geographic reach 3 / 5 / 4 7.8 10
B3 Quality management system 3 / 3 / 3 6 10
B4 Security & data protection operations 3 / 2 / 4 5 8
B5 Flexibility & commercial model 4 / 3 / 4 5.2 7
B6 Technology & AI operations 4 / 4 / 4 5.6 7
B7 Vertical expertise 4 / 3 3.6 5

Axis A subtotal 29.8 of 45 · Axis B subtotal 39 of 55 · total 68.8 of 100. Each weighted figure is (anchor score ÷ 5) × sub-criterion weight, summed — the rule printed in the appendix.

Flags and open questions

  • Clutch awards are not review volume. Directory-tier recognition scores in A2.3, never in A1.
  • Glassdoor conflict logged (2.7–2.8 current vs a 3.3 cached snapshot).
  • The certificates page names standards but not identifiers or which ISO standards are held — E5, and the gap that keeps A3 off a higher anchor.
  • Largest remaining evidence gap: Independent client evidence: two Clutch reviews; certificate identifiers not published

Reading of the evidence

The transparency strengths — published pricing models, a certificates page, a concrete HITL design, pilots — all stand. The independent-evidence layer largely does not exist. The profile verdict survives the correction; the “field’s surprise” framing does not.

Challenge this sheet

Every line above is meant to be checkable. If a datapoint is wrong, out of date, or missing a certificate identifier we could not find, the corrections process is open: submit the evidence and the score is re-derived through the anchors. Facts are correctable; scores follow facts.
