Quarterly, volatile fields — certifications, delivery hubs, review ratings — are re-verified and any change is logged here with its date. No page's "updated" date moves without a corresponding entry on this page.

First publication of the 2026 Edition: eight European-headquartered providers scored against the Birchy Provider Evaluation Framework, with the full scoring anchors, the screening record and the corrections process published alongside.

- Screening record published: 8 evaluated, exclusions listed with reasons, next-edition candidates named.

- Pre-launch: Konecta A4.1 traced to a recorded datapoint (Glassdoor 3.1 across 47 reviews, 46% recommend, pulled 23 Aug 2026), moving the anchor from 3 to 1 on the 3.0–3.4 band. Score 69.4 → 68.2, and the Strong Performer cluster reorders to Transcom #4, Conectys #5, Konecta #6 — all three within 0.8 points and treated as tied. Sensitivity and TOPSIS results recomputed and restated accordingly.
- Pre-launch: Foundever legal entity recorded — Foundever Group, registered office 18 Rue Robert Stumper, L-2557 Luxembourg, RCS Luxembourg B171740 (foundever.com legal notice, accessed 23 Aug 2026). The HQ field moves from an unresolved “European ownership” note to Luxembourg; European-headquarters scope confirmed.
- Pre-launch: TOPSIS result corrected — an earlier draft misattributed coefficients to providers; the computed result is now published with a per-coefficient assertion.
- Pre-launch: single-rater model adopted. The previous multi-rater reconciliation and agreement-statistics process is removed from the methodology and replaced by a reproducibility stance — anchors, evidence, evidence grades and weighting arithmetic are all published, so any score can be re-derived and challenged through the corrections process. Conflict-of-interest handling changes with it: connected providers are no longer routed to a separate reviewer, and instead run on the same published anchors, evidence grades and public data sheet as every other provider.
Rubric decisions logged before scoring
Anchors are frozen within an edition. These decisions were taken and logged before any full scoring, because changing a rule after scores exist would look like tuning. They are recorded here so the sequence is checkable.
