Most of my work starts with a practical question: why does an outsourcing buyer choose one provider over another? At Birchy, I research the BPO, customer support, IT outsourcing and software development markets — how companies package and price their services, where they deliver from, what they can prove, and where the marketing gets ahead of the evidence.
I've been at Birchy since 2020, first managing marketing projects for B2B tech clients — custom software development companies and outsourcing providers — and since 2023 as the analyst behind our outsourcing and BPO research. Before that I was a junior business analyst at PwC Poland, working inside a large outsourcing delivery organization supporting finance and customer operations, which is where I first saw the gap between how outsourcing is sold and how it actually runs. I hold a Master's in Business Administration and Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where I focused on marketing, market analysis and business strategy.
This publication is my main research project: a scored, public-source comparison of European customer service outsourcing providers, built so that anyone can check the work. If you think we got something wrong, the corrections process is open and I answer it personally.

This publication is produced and funded by Birchy, a B2B marketing agency that operates commercially in the outsourcing sector and maintains professional relationships with companies in this field.
No provider pays for inclusion, placement or position. There are no affiliate links, referral fees or sponsored slots anywhere on this site. Where a professional relationship exists with an evaluated provider, that provider is scored on the same published anchors, the same evidence grades and the same public data sheet as every other — there is no scoring input that cannot be independently re-derived and challenged.
